Delivery and Returns

It's important to me that you’re happy with your purchase, if you’re not then please get in touch.

If you change your mind, you can return any item, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible to pay the cost of the return, this will not be refunded unless your purchase was received faulty or damaged.

We take care to ensure that your purchase is packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition so in the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods would you please email me, attaching a photo, within 48 hours so that I can forward a claim to Royal Mail.

Once I have received and inspected your return, I will send you an email notifying you of the refund decision, as either accepted or declined.

If it is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via your original method of payment. If it is declined, I will explain why.

We are to keen to ensure that our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. This means that we sometimes reuse packaging that we’ve received.

At the moment we only ship to the UK mainland & Northern Ireland only.

We post orders 3 days per week. 


Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel, which aims to deliver within 3-4 working days. 

Please allow up to 14 days as a claim cannot be submitted to Royal Mail until then.
